Last week I flew Southwest for the first time in my life, and I was very impressed. I took a PHL to LAS flight, and it was really nice. The staff were all very pleasant and seemed to be a bit more relaxed than what I'm use to.

I love SW. I fly them every time I can now.
Plus, I like Philadelphia more than EWR. At first, I wasn't crazy about PHL, but now that I've learned my way around and where the off-site parking is, I'm a believer.

I love SW too.
I just wish they had more flights out of EWR.

I love SW too. I just wish they had more flights out of EWR. Agreed. PHL is too far for me since I moved. But SW is a great airline.

I just flew Southwest again, and I'm hooked. Really is a great airline. The one thing I do not care for is their method of checking in and assigning (or not assigning) seats.
For those who do not know, when you buy your tickets you are not given seats. Exactly 24 hours before the flight, guests can begin checking in online. Seating areas are given out in order of check in. Once at the airport, you are lined up in order of check in. When your seating area is called, you go in and grab a seat.
I like the traditional method better.
But the flight attendants on SW are fantastic, as are the other employees.
